The Chinese smartphone manufacturer may release two new foldable. Based on leaked specifications, it appears that Oppo will release two new foldable phones.
The leaks were discovered on the Chinese social media site Weibo, courtesy of Digitial Chat Station, and the more fascinating details appear to revolve around the Oppo Find N2. That’s the rumored sequel to the Oppo Find N, one of the only foldable that, in our opinion, can compete with Samsung’s Galaxy Z Fold 4. The Find N2, like the Samsung phone, is expected to be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 CPU.

In addition to the leaked Find N2 specifications, Digital Chat Station revealed some details about the anticipated Oppo Find Flip. The anticipated clamshell foldable, initially reported by MyFixGuide, would be a first for Oppo, which has hitherto stuck to a tablet-style foldable phone.
The Oppo Find N was never exported outside of China. Whether or not the Find N2 and Find Flip are widely available, it’s worth paying attention to the specifics of these smartphones because they may impact other foldable phones. Here are the most recent rumors about Oppo’s foldable aspirations.

Oppo Find N2: Rumored Specs
There aren’t many leaked specs for each device, but Digital Chat Station does provide some insight. The Oppo Find N2 is expected to be equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 chipset, a 7.1-inch AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz, and a 4,520mAh battery. This is more of a refresh for the Oppo Find N than a significant advancement, but the stated features should keep the foldable phone competitive.
Aside from the technological specifications, the Find N2 will appear to retain the Find N’s side power button fingerprint scanner. The new phone is said to have a faux leather back and will be available in black, white, and green hues. Unfortunately, it is presently slated to be China-only, which is a huge letdown.

Oppo Find Flip: Rumored Specs
The reported Oppo Find Flip has a bit more substance, owing largely to some leaked camera specifications. The phone is expected to contain two screens, which is common for clamshell foldable. The main panel is expected to feature a 6.8-inch OLED display with a 2520 x 1080 pixels resolution. The outer cover screen would have a 3.26-inch OLED display, larger than the 1.9-inch screen outside of the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4.
In terms of cameras, the rumored specifications are promising. The Find Flip could sport a Sony-made 32MP selfie camera, a significant upgrade above the Galaxy Z Flip 4’s 10MP sensor. The outside cameras comprise a main 50MP Sony sensor and an 8MP ultrawide Sony sensor, which would put the Find Flip on par with many top-tier smartphone cameras.
