You will be based out of our Bengaluru or Gurugram, India office as part of our Periscope team, an exciting and highly visible fast-growing group within our Marketing & Sales Solutions. You will work closely with Marketing & Sales India Growth Hub leadership and the client representatives to deliver digital marketing insights by using proprietary analysis, secondary research and expert inputs.Our Marketing & Sales practice strives to help clients in both consumer and business-to-business environments on a wide variety of marketing and sales topics. What You’ll Do
In this role, you will execute the requests and projects using our pre-defined frameworks and solutions. You will problem solve and provide subject matter expertise on which digital marketing strategy or analysis can be utilized to deliver in what kind of client problem. This will entail making daily optimization recommendations and at times may also include campaign ops within the ad-tech/MarTech platforms.You will develop new analysis to shape the way the Marketing & Sales Growth Hub offers insights to our clients and teams. Leveraging your expertise, you’ll help to advance our digital marketing community by contributing to and expanding our diagnostic and assessment toolkit and approaches. You will also develop new frameworks, approaches and techniques in addition to building on existing ones.You will collaborate with colleagues and clients to create new strategies across a wide platform of digital marketing initiatives and benchmark metrics like traffic, search, conversion, cross-shopping, cross-visitation, loyalty for both URLs and Apps. You will also work on e-commerce projects and assess pricing, assortment, promotions, marketing mix modeling, branding to analytic transformation.Give the pace of this role, you will advise teams on the state-of-the-art advanced analytic/quantitative tools and modeling techniques to derive business insights, solve complex business problems and improve decisions. Additionally, you will drive the strategy and solution development for specific components of the tech stack and you’ll guide clients on technology solution choices, selection criteria and vendor trade-offs.
Qualifications
- Degree in a quantitative discipline such as economics, business, commerce, marketing, digital, statistics, mathematics, econometrics, operations research
- 1+ years of relevant experience preferably in an ad-tech agency or digital marketing analytics consulting, in data science/analytics roles, business intelligence or market research and analysis function
- Understanding of the ad-tech ecosystem, with hands on experience with bid managers, DMP’s and DSP’s, leveraging 1st and 3rd party to data to drive marketing impact
- Experience with marketing analytics (e.g., Google Analytics 360º, Adobe Analytics) and attribution model
- Hands-on experience in developing and deploying analytical models (predictive, heuristic) on digital media/web scraping data
- Thoughtful and comfortable communicator (in person or on paper); ability to facilitate discussions with leaders as well as clients
- Intellectually curious and enjoys problem-solving, requirement gathering
- Adaptive to lead with example
- Ability to thrive in a flexible and collaborative environment
