Job Location: Salt Lake City
Core Responsibilities: You will assist with providing a safe home environment for our adults with Severe and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI).You will participate in the client’s treatment as part of a multidisciplinary team, and provide direct client care by developing rapport and facilitating the therapeutic milieu, plan and prepare meals. Depending on shift, you also may may also get to accompany the adults on fun recreation outings!
Requirements for Employment:

- At least 18 years old
- Pass a background check
- Willing to distribute medications to clients
- Eligible to work in the USA
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen (illegal federal drugs)
- Receive flu shot, TB test, and COVID-19 vaccine (spiritual and medical waivers available)
- One year of sobriety, if in recovery
- Food Handlers Permit (Odyssey House covers the training cost)
Pay: $16 per hour ($16.50 per hour for overnight shift) Hours vary will be discussed.
